Installation of folder-gluer at Corrugated Plant

High-technology folder-gluer MASTERFOLD 230 has been installed at Corrugated Plant. The machine is able to fold and glue complex design goods with one-point gluing (flap), tree-point gluing (assembly bottom), four- and six-point gluing (different trays). The operators are trained to work at the new equipment. In March we will start to take new orders for a new range of Goods.

       MASTERFOLD 230 will allow us to enlarge a range of corrugated goods, especially consumer package and to optimize existing widely-spread package design. New package design will decrease customer's costs for manual labour, because strong binding of the bottom with flaps exclude tape gluing and it is not necessary to assemble products with lock flaps.   Finished goods stacked folding in packs and for customer only a quick assemble, sometimes with one move, is left.
