Corrugated Packaging Plant

The new stage in the life of the Mill was starting of the corrugated production in the first quarter of 2002. Introduction of the closed cycle of the corrugated board production allowed maximally to use own raw materials, reduce the power and material inputs, providing thus the satisfaction of the market demands in the high-quality packaging.

The production of the three-layered corrugated board "B" and "C" flute was placed in operation in March 2002, on basis of the equipment of the leading world producers. The corrugator of the German firm "BHS" with the annual capacity 150 millions square metres of the corrugated board was installed. For the conversion of the corrugated board were introduced 2 lines of the Swedish firm "EMBA" for the production of the boxes with four flaps.

In 2003 was installed the line DRO 1628 of the French firm "MARTIN" for the manufacturing of the products with complex rotation cutting (trays, pallets etc) with printing up to 4 colors. In 2005 was purchased the line FFG 618 from the same company for the production of the compact boxes.

In 2005 the range of corrugated board expanded due to opening up of the corrugated board production "E" flute.

In 2007 was installed the second queue of the corrugated board production. Placing in operation the up-to-date version corrugator of the firm "BHS" allowed to double the acting capacities for the production of the corrugated board and corrugated packaging. In 2008 will be installed the additional equipment for the production of the double-wall corrugated board.

In the context of the first queue of the corrugated production plant was purchased new converting equipment. This is the line of the complex cutting of the firm Bobst with automatic waste disposal and products separation, including the printing units. And also the new generation line FFG 924 FP of the firm MARTIN, which allows in-line mode production of the boxes with flexographic printing up to 5 colors for any flute type, including the double-wall corrugated board.

On the auxiliary equipment are produced the componentary to the boxes (gratings, partitions, layings, inserts etc.).

The production is completed with up-to-date transfer and packaging lines. Finished product is packed in transporting bundles with strapping in polypropylene strip, and also in stretch film.

The range of the manufactured products:

• Corrugated board in sheets Singl-wall and double-wall corrugated board (from June 2008).
• Corrugated boxes with printing up to five colors (including the converting to show-boxes).
• Complex cutting products (trays, pallets, displays folding boxes etc).
• Layings, inserts, gratings, shells and other component product.
