Single-wall Corrugated Board

Single-wall corrugated board - is appropriate for the production of the boxes and subsidiary packaging means for packing products that can not take stack loading.

The cardboard is produced three-layered, consisting of two facings and one corrugated layer "B", "C" or "E" flute.

The width of the corrugated board is up to 2500 mm. The facing can be brown, cloudy, and white - at will of the customer.

The corrugated board is produced according to technical specifications and GOST 7376.

Quality indexes

Double-wall corrugated board - is appropriate for the production of the big-volume high-strength and rigid packaging, containers.

The cardboard is produced five-layered, consisting of three facings and two corrugated layer "E/B", "E/C" or "B/C" combined flute.

The width of the corrugated board is up to 2500 mm. The facing can be brown, cloudy, and white - at will of the customer.

The corrugated board is produced according to technical specifications and GOST 7376.

Corrugated board goods

With flexographic printing up to 5 colors or without printing. Any dimension-types and configurations in accordance with GOST 9142, FEFCO catalogue, customer drawings, developments of the KCPM designers.

• Four - flap boxes (American type)

  Transportation boxes, containing four flaps at the bottom and cover, glued on side flap.

  Products with complex cutting in different execution:

  - With single sideboards for gluing (lacing) of each corner, used with wrapping in stretch film.
  - With double and single sideboards for manual assembling, can be used with wrapping in stretch film.
  - Trays composing on automated packaging lines with wrapping in stretch film.

• Wrapping type boxes

  Products with complex cutting, shaping the form of the box during automatic packing, often with gluing on flap.

• Boxes

  Products with complex cutting for the manual packing.

• Displays (Show-boxes)

  Kind of transporting boxes and cases with creasing and perforation for following break or pressing-out the elements with conversion to show-case. Used at points of sale.
