Cardboard for Consumer Packaging

Recycled chromo-ersatz coated and uncoated is assigned for manufacturing of consumer packaging with colour-printing for industrial goods, tobacco goods, foodstuffs as well as manufafaturing of goods for children (toys, books, bricks). The board is produced multilayer - the upper layer is made of bleached pulp, the others are from the waste paper. Cardboard is manufactured in reels, bobbines and sheets.

Depending on printing method and quality indexes the cardboard is produced of the following brands:

• Brand N - cradboard uncoated. Quality indexes
• Brand MO - cradboard coated. Quality indexes

Chipboard coated and uncoated is produced from 100 % waste paper and related to box boards sub-group. Chipboard is used for manufacturing of consumer packaging for industrial goods and dry foods with moisture up to 15%, colour-printing is possible.

Chipboard brands:

• NM - cardboard uncoated. Quality indexes
• ММ - cardboard coated. Quality indexes

Cardboard for Corrugated Board Production

Recycled containerboard (produced according to TU U 21.1-05509659-026:2005) is assigned for use as a flat layer in corrugated board production. The cardboard is produced multilayer, in reels.

Depending on composition of raw materials, half-finished products used and quality indexes containerboard is produced of the following brands:

• KT - recycled containerboard made of 100% waste paper (on customer's request the outer layer coloring is permitted)
• KT-25- containerboard with clouded top layer, made of bleached pulp
• KT-50- containerboard with top layer, made of bleached pulp

Quality indexes

Cardboard for flat layers of corrugated board (according to GOST 7420-89) is a multilayer recycled board, produced in reels.

Depending on quality indexes it is produced of the following brands:

• К-1
• К-2

Quality indexes

Corrugating paper is assigned for corrugated layer manufacturing in corrugated board production. The paper is made of 100% waste paper, in reels.
