Main Responsibilities:

Organization and sales of cardboard product;
Active client search;
Preparation of commercial offers;
Negotiations with clients;
Promotion of product range;
Maintenance work and reports;
Planning and analysis;
Support and development of the existing customer base;
Monitor the actions of competitors;
Controlling fulfillment of contractual obligations and the conditions of work with the client;
Controlling the dynamics of payments and shipments, working with accounts.

Requirements for a candidate:

Development of sales to long-term customers (planning, analysis, control, organization);
Negotiations with clients;
Coordination of commercial and marketing conditions;
Product range management (expansion, rotation, substitution matrix, merchandising);
Coordination of marketing activities (promotions);
Monitoring payments (payment netting);
Monitoring workflow with the client;
Monitor the actions of competitors;
Controlling shipments, fulfillment of plans;
Perform basic KPI.

Requirements for a candidate:

Higher education;
At least 3 years experience in working with national retail chains FMCG (chemicals, cosmetics, hygiene);
Experience in working with national and local customer networks is required for Junior KAM, KAM positions;
Skills of persuasion and overcoming objections;
High responsibility and self-organization;
High level analytical skills;
Experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook);
Owning a car.

Requirements for a candidate:

Higher education;
2 years experience with the products for sanitary purposes in the HoReCa department (Kiev);
Knowledge in the field of sanitation and hygiene;
Knowledge of the fundamentals of sales in the HoReCa segment, negotiating skills;
MS Word knowledge, Excel;
Having a car (preferably);
Age 25 years or older;
Knowledge of English language is welcomed.

Negotiation with suppliers, forwarders, agents and inspection companies, the conclusion of contracts;
Financial reconciliation with freight forwarders;
Preparation of documents for obtaining permits;
Delivery logistics, preparing orders for shipment;
Control and execution of contracts, monitoring the implementation of foreign trade contracts on terms and volumes, control of the supply from loading to customs clearance;
Documentation (inspection and preparation of documents for customs clearance, delivery on FCA, CPT) between the end buyer and seller.

Requirements for a candidate:

Higher education;
Experience of 2 years for foreign trade for the sale of products for sanitary purposes in country and abroad;
Good analytical skills, ability to navigate unusual situations;
Knowledge of the order of documentation, the conclusion of contracts;
Knowledge of the legal and economic foundations of foreign trade transactions;
Willingness to learn quickly (regulations, rules for the implementation of formal procedures);
Knowledge of the rules of Incoterms 2010;
Knowledge of English mandatory, Polish ̶ desirable (to work with documents that accompany foreign trade activities).
