Requirements for a candidate:

  • Higher education;

  • 2 years experience in carton packaging sales;
  • Knowledge of the cardboard manufacturing techniques;
  • Experience in complete contract maintenance;
  • Skills of persuasion and overcoming objections;
  • High responsibility and self-organization, stress resiliance;
  • High level analytical skills;
  • Experienced PC user (MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:

  • Negotiation with suppliers, forwarders, agents and inspection companies, the conclusion of contracts;
  • Financial reconciliation with freight forwarders;
  • Preparation of documents for obtaining permits;
  • Delivery logistics, preparing orders for shipment;
  • Control and execution of contracts, monitoring the implementation of foreign trade contracts on terms and volumes, control of the supply from loading to customs clearance;
  • Documentation (inspection and preparation of documents for customs clearance, delivery on FCA, CPT) between the end buyer and seller.

Requirements for a candidate:

  • Higher education;
  • Experience of 2 years for foreign trade for the sale of products for sanitary purposes in country and abroad;
  • Good analytical skills, ability to navigate unusual situations;
  • Knowledge of the order of documentation, the conclusion of contracts;
  • Knowledge of the legal and economic foundations of foreign trade transactions;
  • Willingness to learn quickly (regulations, rules for the implementation of formal procedures);
  • Knowledge of the rules of Incoterms 2010;
  • Knowledge of English mandatory, Polish ̶ desirable (to work with documents that accompany foreign trade activities).
