Corporate social responsibility

Considerable funds are allocated by the combine for the social protection of its employees. The collective agreement, which is valid at the plant, establishes a number of additional benefits and guarantees for the employees of the enterprise. Such incentives are payments for anniversaries, in connection with marriage, birth of a child, retirement.

The company has a health insurance program, an outpatient clinic for emergency medical care and skilled specialized medical care, and its own ambulance.

Employees of the combine, who live in the settlements of Obukhivskoye and neighboring districts, are transported to and from work by official transport – buses and minibuses.

Being a city-forming, socially oriented enterprise, the Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill has always responsibly resolved the social issues of both mill workers and residents of the city of Obukhov and the Obukhov district. The trade union organization of the plant, which has a sports complex on its balance sheet, also makes a significant contribution to solving social issues. In the sports complex, not only the workers of the plant have the opportunity to exercise, but also their children, as well as residents of the city and district. For this, the sports complex has five sports sections – boxing, kickboxing, freestyle wrestling, sports acrobatics and chess.

The plant always willingly participates in many projects and events of the city of Obukhov and the Kyiv region.
