– I know that some people consider my specialty to be more suitable for men, but I disagree. A woman can do this work, you need to constantly develop, look for new approaches to ordinary tasks. Over the past year, I`ve had a lot of work, but I`ve been able to master several new skills in my profession, I`ve become more confident with the machine, and I`ve learnt to work on a crane. I am glad that my two sisters have also started working at the mill, because there are a lot of advantages to working at our enterprise.

Natalia Horbach, forklift driver:

-Having 25 years of driving experience, I have recently worked in a minibus, but the electric forklift was still a challenge for me. I studied on-the-job and managed to learn a lot in six months. To be honest, it is physically challenging to work a whole shift on the equipment, but the job at a large enterprise has its advantages: stability, social guarantees, free corporate transportation, which is important to me because I am not local. A great bonus is a nice team, and my sociability helped me quickly find a common language with my colleagues.
