For business and home, for every budget and from various types of environmentally friendly raw materials: Kyiv CPM offers consumers a wide range of toilet paper. The mill`s products do not yield in price and quality to foreign and domestic counterparts, and thanks to modern embossing, color printing and aromatization, they can satisfy even the most demanding customers.
During the full-scale war, a timely response to external challenges enabled Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill to operate uninterruptedly, optimize its supply chains and stocks, and provide customers and partners with products in full. Thanks to the changes initiated by the new Austrian owner of Kyiv CPM, Dr Heinz Zinner, Obukhiv Cardboard and Paper Mill`s products are in stable demand both at home and in offices, in HoReCa, in shopping and entertainment centers, business centers, educational and medical institutions, etc.
Care for consumers and the environment is a main value of Kyiv CPM: the base of toilet paper that comes into contact with the human body is safe and high-quality material.
Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill uses in-house paper base made from both pulp raw materials and waste paper to produce goods of first necessity. The company, with the support of its Austrian owner, has implemented a full production cycle – from recycling collection points to shipment of goods to customers.

The entire production process at Kyiv CPM is under laboratory control
During the recycling process, waste paper is subject to multi-stage purification, which includes several phases of both coarse and fine filtration, as well as bactericidal treatment. All these steps make the final product completely sterile and safe for both the health of consumers and the ecosystem.
Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill offers its consumers toilet paper from “byer`s prices” to premium under the following brands:
- “Obukhiv”;
- “Obukhivskyi”;
- “Obukhiv Eco Comfort”;
- “Dyvo”;
- “Dyvo Business”;
- “Dyvo Premio”.
In the economy segment, Obukhiv 65 remains the unchanging sales leader, and among the new products of Kyiv CPM on the market Obukhiv 65+ is its full analogue, but in pink. Obukhiv Eco Comfort is a toilet paper on a recycled paper sleeve with perforations, which makes the product both affordable and comfortable.
A popular line in the mid-market segment is Dyvo Aroma, a colorful range of products with floral and fruity aromas. The luxury line of three-layer paper, Dyvo Premio, is characterized by a variety of colors and patterns: from natural, dye- and fragrance-free to lavender, peach and white with green color of embossing and aroma of water lily.

Colorful, aromatic embossed pulp products from Kyiv Pulp and Paper Mill are in demand.
A key role in Kyiv CPM`s strategy is the balance between cost and quality, so innovations are aimed at providing convenience at affordable prices. For example, the use of V-fold toilet paper for dispensers gives consumers the opportunity to minimize their expenditure on expendables. Dyvo MaxRoll, a product that is as long as three standard rolls, also significantly saves money.
“Competition from both foreign and Ukrainian producers encourages the company to develop continuously,” says Dr Heinz Zinner.
The Austrian owner of Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, represented by Dr Zinner, continues investing in the modernization of production. This year, one of the production lines that makes Obukhiv 65 toilet paper without sleeve was upgraded with cutting machines – the equipment from the Italian company Maflex cost almost 450 thousand euros.

“Obukhiv 65” is the outstanding product of Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill
Furthermore, in October, as part of MIAC 2024, the mill`s representatives visited Italian paper mills to explore opportunities for further modernization of the mill in Obukhiv, in particular, in the segment of sanitary products.
According to Dr Zinner, it is the timely replacement of outdated equipment with modern analogues initiated by the owner that helps Kyiv CPM remain globally competitive and meet the latest European trends.
