The end of autumn and the beginning of winter are traditionally accompanied by a surge in viral infections, making the issue of hygiene extremely urgent. Kyiv Cardboard and Paper MillPJSC demonstrates that high-quality sanitary and hygienic paper products are not just household goods but an essential tool for supporting a healthy lifestyle.
Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, shareholder of which is Austrian Pulp Mill Holding headed by Dr. Heinz Zinner, produces base paper from recycled and pulp raw materials and converts it into finished sanitary and hygienic products. These products are widely used not only by households but also across the HoReCa sector, medical institutions, schools, offices, retail chains, etc.
The branded product portfolio of Kyiv CPM includes items across various price segments – from mass market to premium:

The mill ensures the versatility of all products and their compatibility with most dispensers.
“The sanitary and hygeinic products market is extremely competitive. With such a wide range of options, the key criterion for customers remains the amount of quality paper they get for their money. We understand this and create products with an optimal balance of price and quality,” mentions Oleksandr Yakovyna, Quality and Strategic Development Director of Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill PJSC.
Production secrets: how Kyiv CPM products combine exceptional softness and strength
Every day, approximately one thousand tons of recycled raw materials is processed through the mill`s production facilities.
“This enormous volume of recycled paper is transformed into products well known to Ukrainians. We continually improve our formulations and technologies to make our products even softer, more pleasant to the touch, and more water-resistant,” says Iurii Golovchenko, the Chairman of the Management Board of Kyiv CPM PJSC.
Among the key technological solutions that attract consumers and secure Kyiv CPM`s leadership in the sanitary and hygienic market are the following:
- Multistage recycled-paper purification (pulping of wastepaper into fibers, three stages of coarse and four stages of fine filtration, bactericidal treatment, etc.), which makes recycled-based products completely clean and environmentally friendly;
- Multilayer pressing and optimized fiber structure to ensure better liquid absorption
(the Dyvo Premioproduct line with enhanced moisture resistance). - 3D embossing to improve absorption and provide maximum tactile comfort, while unique patterns and color solutions add distinctive aesthetics to the products;
- Application of fragrances to the sleeve to ensure a pleasant scent while avoiding direct contact of the substance with the skin.
- Use of hypoallergenic formulas without aggressive bleaching agents, which is crucial for products used in childcare, educational and medical institutions, and the beauty industry.
Sanitary standards and absolute safety: how Kyiv CPM guarantees the quality of its products

The market sets high standards for sanitary products: compliance with food safety principles, hypoallergenicity, absence of toxic impurities, stable density, physical and mechanical properties.
