An integrated management system (IMS) combines and coordinates a significant number of different aspects of production activities: product safety, quality, environment, energy efficiency, health care and labor protection. This approach has a positive impact on the company`s employees, creating better working conditions for them and continuously improving the quality of the products manufactured.

Laboratory control is carried out at all stages of manufacturing at KCPM

At Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, the IMS has been successfully operating in accordance with international requirements for many years. Only in February 2025, a comprehensive supervisory audit was conducted at KCPM. A thorough inspection by an independent auditor allowed us to extend the validity of the certificates according to the standards:

• ISO 900:2015 “Quality Management System”;
• ISO 140:2015 “Environmental management system”;
• ISO 4500:2018 “Labor protection and safety management system”;
• ISO 5000:2018 “Energy Management System”.

Therefore, the labelling on the packaging of Kyiv CPM products is not just numbers, but confirmed indicators of the mill`s systematic work to meet the needs of consumers.

Own investments are the main resource for enterprise development

Ensuring compliance with international standards and development requires significant funding. The war makes it impossible to attract outside investment, but the Austrian owner is not ready to lower the standards set for working conditions and product competitiveness, so he is currently investing his own funds to support the business and develop it. Tens of millions of euros annually make it possible to implement large-scale programs to modernize equipment, purchase new machinery, etc.

Automation of equipment makes work easier for employees

Only 1.5 years ago, a new e-commerce packaging production line was installed in the corrugated packaging production unit of Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, and its advantages were immediately appreciated by logistics companies and e-commerce representatives.
