Comfort, environmental friendliness and practicality are three trends are currently prevailing in the production of household paper products in Europe. Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill, owned by Austrian Pulp Mill Holding, offers sanitary products on the domestic market with functionality, quality and price comparable to trendy foreign models.
Safety and environmental friendliness are among the core values of the company.
For the production of household goods, Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill uses in-house paper base: both pulp and recycled paper. In the recycling process, waste paper is subjected to multi-stage purification, which makes the final product 100% clean and safe for both the human body and the environment.
Kyiv CPM offers sanitary products that meet the needs of consumers with a focus on food safety.
The product line under Dyvo, Dyvo Premio and Dyvo Business brands includes toilet paper, towels (jumbo and cut), napkins (everyday and for special occasions). The company also produces customised paper products for private label (private trade labels), paying special attention to compliance with food safety standards.
Obukhiv Paper Mill products are essential in everyday life, in offices, toilets of shopping malls and business centres, educational institutions, petrol stations, HoReCa, food industry, beauty salons, spas, medical facilities, etc.

Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill offers a range of products to suit every taste and budget.
Equipment from global leaders (VOITH, ACelli, Gambini, Futura, UC, TMC and others) enables Kyiv CPM to produce goods ranging from economy (single and double layers) to premium segments (three layers), with additional options (colour embossing, flavouring), as well as in various packaging formats – from 1 to 48 rolls.
Traditionally, the beginning of autumn and the new school year is characterised by a boom in demand for sanitary products aimed at keeping schoolchildren tidy and healthy. These include high-quality cellulose napkins for canteens, toilet paper, recycled towels for cleaning, and convenient paper products for packing lunches to go.

The price-quality ratio is crucial, so the focus of Kyiv CPM`s innovations is on affordability and practicality.
For example, the use of cut towels and V-fold toilet paper for dispensers enables customers to optimize their expenditure on consumables and save money, both at home and in large business chains. Family Pack packaging is highly popular today, as it is a convenient and cost-effective option for family purchases and small wholesale.
The products of Kyiv Cardboard and Paper Mill are 100% made in Ukraine, but in accordance with European standards.
According to Dr Heinz Zinner, CEO and the owner of PMH, products containing waste paper fibres are in high demand on the global and European markets. Thanks to modern technologies, such products are as good as those made from non-woven materials in terms of consumer properties.
Since all the mill’s production facilities are located in Ukraine, the products are labelled with the state trademark “Made in Ukraine”. “This status is not only a sign of quality, but also proof of the company’s significant contribution to the national economic recovery”, said Dr Heinz Zinner. In addition, this year the company intends to upgrade the cutting machines at one of the lines for producing rolls without sleeves for Obukhiv 65, a popular toilet paper brand. The Austrian owner of Kyiv CPM invested almost EUR 450 000 in the purchase of Italian Maflex equipment. Dr Heinz Zinner emphasized that the timely replacement of outdated equipment with the latest analogues allows the Ukrainian manufacturer to be competitive and keep pace with European trends.
